Terms and Conditions
General
- I am OK with drawing most stuff (Furry, human, NSFW, etc)
- I will not draw underage NSFW, gore, vore, hateful content, or anything I deem unacceptable. I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.Revisions
- During the rough sketching stage, clients are entitled to one major revision (e.g., changes in perspective, pose, or composition).
- After the sketching stage, only minor revisions are allowed. (e.g. color adjustments or small details)Payment
- Payment outside of Mexico is done via PayPal. Si eres de la República Mexicana es preferible por transferencia.
- Payment may be done fully upfront or in two payments (50% upfront and 50% upon completion of the final product)
- The final product will only be delivered after the payment is completed.
- No refunds will be offered once the artwork has passed the sketching stage.Usage Rights
- Illustrations are for personal use only.
- Commercial usage (e.g., reselling, merchandising) requires payment of an additional fee.
- As the artist, I retain ownership of the illustrations and may use them for purposes such as portfolio showcases, social media posts, or promotional materials.
- If the client wishes for the artwork to remain private and unpublished, this must be agreed upon in advance and may incur an additional fee.Communication
- If the client fails to communicate for longer than two weeks without prior notice, their commission slot will be considered forfeited.
